What happens when I book a live gig?

📅 We send you your confirmation and Zoom link on email.

📤 You share your Zoom link with whoever is going to join.

🤫 If it's a surprise, don't worry. The Zoom event is just called "Zoom Meeting". We won't give it away.

🕒 Join your Zoom call up to 15 minutes ahead of the call to catch up with your friends.

🎻Your musician will join your Zoom call using the same link at the appointed time.

What happens when I request a music message?

✍ Your request is instantly passed on to the performer.

💿 Your performer goes to their quiet place and records your message within 7 days. You'll receive an update when complete with a link to your download.

🎁 You'll receive your recording. If for some reason your video isn’t completed, the hold on your card will be removed within 5-7 business days.
